Advanced Technical Course and Diagnostics

This week, another important session of Advanced Technical and Diagnostic Training was held with one of our Premium Partners. The session covered all major issues that may arise during the operation of the machine, along with the related management and resolution methodologies.

The latest innovations in the Nemesis range and their potential applications were also presented during the meeting. 

However, it was primarily a significant moment for market feedback, where we learned about new needs from installers and recent challenges faced by service technicians.

We will use this feedback as a starting point to continually enhance our products and services.
