Smart Architecture

The special architecture of the conveyor belts allows for easy disassembly and removal of the tapes for sanitation purposes.

Pneumatic or air-blast ejectors

For heavier or bulkier products, the ejector can be pneumatic, while for lighter or more delicate ones, a single or double air blast ejectors may be used.

IP66 extra-washable

The 100% steel structure, which also covers the load cell and the plastic belts for food contact, provides it with IP66 protection, making it suitable for washing with low-pressure industrial cleaning jets.

Safety devices

There are 5 available safety devices: the pressure switch, the reject confirmation photocell, the full waste basket photocell, the plastic/steel waste basket with automatic closure, and the audible-visual alarm tower.

Control Panel

Always in Touchscreen version, it can be chosen in sizes of 7'', 10'', or 15'' without a frame.

Feeding screw

In the case of cylindrical-shaped products, the installation of a feeding screw ensures stable and secure feeding and proper pitch alignment.

Special conveyor structure

The special conveyor structure allows for easy disassembly, enabling the belt removal for sanitization at high temperatures.

Non-compliant products rejection

The pneumatic ejector with a cylinder represents the most versatile and effective solution for rejecting underweight or overweight products.

The spatula adheres perfectly to the belt on the exit conveyor and effortlessly removes any type of unpacked food, even the stickiest.
